In a move which will draw Google in the fray, Apple attemptedto add Samsung Electronics' Galaxy Note 10.1 and Google'sAndroid 4.1, often referred to as Jelly Bean, with an existing complaint against Samsung in California.
Apple made the argument to U.S. Louis Vuitton iPhone 4 CaseMagistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal today in San Jose, Calif., Bloomberg reported.

The ongoing complaints show that the massively complex legal battle between Apple Chanel Galaxy S3 Caseand Samsung is nowhere near over, despite sometimes, a person crippling defeat comprising of a $1.05 billion jury verdict handed to Samsung in August. That case, which dealt more with design patents, is apart from the contemporary software-centric case involving theGalaxy Note 10.1 and Jelly Bean.
Apple had won your initial judgement, but Samsung appealed your decision and the case doesn't proceed on trial until 2014. While Apple initially listed a small number of portions of Android, the retailer has opted to obtain more aggressive and on-site visit the Android computer itself specifically.
A Google representative declined to comment.
CNET contacted Apple and Samsung for comment, and we'll update the storyline whenever they respond.
